Bella Vista Farms is a working farm in Dixon, California, just is a short drive east of Sacramento. This location makes it convenient for Bay Area and wine country guests too. The scenic drive through the rural farmlands and orchards is lovely, although guests are in for a surprise.
Bella Vista is a new venue surrounded by fields and nature, along with beautifully landscaped grounds. Upon arrival, guests will notice this green lush oasis and private estate.
First, they will come upon the stately, white barn and the Grand Lawn. Then, steps down to the sunken Grand Lawn is a cool, open aired, private spot. The perimeter is planted with flowering plants and natural grasses and the redwood trees will be providing wonderful future shade. The Grand Lawn is quite large and works perfectly for a wedding ceremony. We can also see pre-ceremony libations and lawn games as a fun option. Additionally, it can be used for dinner al fresco, or the reception with magical market lighting above.
Another alternative after the ceremony is guests proceed to the Cocktail Patio, which is adjacent to the Barn. This is a great spot for an outdoor bar, cocktail tables, and perhaps some lounge furniture. With cement flooring, this can also be used as an outdoor dance space after dinner. And during the evening its a nice place to relax.
Finally, the new barn has lots of windows and is party ready. With its’ white exterior and ceilings, it’s a blank canvas for any color or style of décor. It has rustic wrought-iron chandeliers and a portable wooden bar, which can be perfectly placed for the dinner and reception. Wooden cross back chairs and banquet or round tables are included in the rental package.
Also, the rental package includes the lovely Bridal Suite with plenty of seating and relaxation space. There are 6 hair and makeup stations, making it a great choice for your getting ready area. Extended rental time for setup, rehearsal, getting ready, and day-after for gathering and pickup, offer DIY clients great advantages. And did we mention that there is a private lavender garden for photo opportunities!? Benches and a water fountain feature will create a perfect photo background for a couple or even selfies.
